* If you registered as a Rater, your contact details will be send to Company
you have Rated unless you have ticked the Anonymous check box
on the Rating form. The Company do have the option not to receive an
email with your contact detials. This will happen when the Company
Register, he will then select the No option on the Notify Me list box.
If the Company have selected the Yes option he will then be send an
email every time a Rater comment on his profile.
* eRate reserve the right to refuse or delete postings that we believe are
inappropriate.
* We will delete your profile if you supplied us with a invalid email address.
* We may update these terms and conditions at any time.
