Although they say that we have perfect reception in CApe Town CBD I can basically throw this stupid phone out of the window every other hour. After various complains their customer service got back to me a month later and said they'll phone me the next day to send a technician. 2 weeks later I'm still sitting here, no phone call, no technician and a service that I'm paying for but can't use 70% of the time. I've probably spend over R200 on my cellphone bill on calls to their USELESS call center. Just as bad as Telkom, if not worse.

Go for it, Neotel! Telkom's management have been arrogantly ripping us off for decades, because they had a monopoly. Suddenly they are floundering like fish on dry ground! I enjoy seeing them squirm now.
